Opening Season Turkeys!!!!

Ella and Bill each got a turkey this past weekend.  Ella got her's at the Mailbox blind Saturday morning with a 20 gauge and Bill got his that evening at Photo with a bow.

Here's a 6x7 red stag that Ella and I took on the side of a hill in the Spider Blind canyon on January 9th.  We both shot, her with her 7mm-08 and me with my 8x57 Mauser.  The range was 250 yards and he went down after walking 10 feet.

Here's an axis buck that Adrian took down South at the beginning of January.  The deer's antlers were sooooo bigggggg Adrian had to wear orange so you could see him in the picture - LOL

Here's a great cull/mgmt deer that Bryan's took after Christmas.  He was around 4 years old.  Perfect deer to harvest!

And finally, a great mature 7 point deer that Ella took the weekend before Christmas at #1.  Again, perfect management/cull deer!
